Chef Robert Bogart’s ownership of St. Francis Restaurant is both a return to his past and a breath of new life for the concept. Camping trips with his grandfather, crafting meals over wood fire in the North Texas plains, cultivated his love for creative cuisine. In 2001, he found his way to Scottsdale Culinary Institute where he learned to execute his inventive ideas with technical precision. His culinary journey continued as the Executive Chef of Elway’s Steakhouse, at the Ritz Carlton Denver, but he never forgot his time in Arizona. Chef Bogart has prepared meals at the James Beard House in New York and has been requested at multiple Ritz Carlton properties over his eight years with the company. Chef Bogart’s focus falls on seasonal, fresh ingredients and inspiring his team to create something new with classic techniques. In California, he opened several restaurants and at the beginning of 2020, found his way to Arizona as the chef-owner of St. Francis. Back in the town that launched his career, we find him creating wood-fired retellings of classic dishes with all the mischief and spontaneity of a kid in the woods. We’re excited to see what he comes up with next.

This is a week late, but it MUST get written. If you haven't been here for brunch, change your schedule, set your alarm, do what you need to do to GET HERE! The food is insanely delicious and the portions are HUGE!
This is the first review I've written...and I'm writing it because we had such a tremendous dinner. The flavor profiles were so interesting and developed with care. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we will definetely return.
My girlfriend and I decided to have a most needed early dinner and drinks! Found this liittle slice of heaven here on Yelp. Was sort of In the middle of the two of us and had great reviews!...Would definitely come back!
One of my favorites for weekend brunch! This restaurant buys local produce and tries to serve vegetables based on the seasons. And they bake everything in hoiI LOVE the cinnamon rolls!!! Great for sharing unless you want it to be your meal.
Easily one the best places in the entire valley for almost anything that you would want. As well as having one of the best dinning atmosphere's that I've had the pleasure of sitting in, St. Francis's offers some of the most distinctive flavors in every single entree that I have eaten all while maintaining one cohesive blend in every bite. Definitely would try if you live in the valley, especially for date night.
